Cancellation
1. Public course cancellations made within 10 working days
of the course commencement date will be subject to a cancellation
charge of 100% of the course fee.
2. On-site course cancellations made within 10 working days
of the course commencement date will be subject to a cancellation
charge of 100% of the course fee.
3. VALE Training Consultants reserves the right to cancel
any course at any time without notice.
4. VALE Training Consultants accepts no liability for costs
incurred by a customer due to a cancellation made by VALE
Training Consultants.
Pricing
1. All prices on this site are quoted excluding VAT at 17.5%
2. Any discount negotiated is applicable to the course or
courses that are being discussed only and is not intended
to be indicative of future pricing.
3. Prices - public courses.
• 1 day course - £ 550.00 - (£550.00 per
delegate per day)
• 2 day course - £ 990.00 - (£495.00 per
delegate per day)
• 3 day course - £1,380.00 - (£460.00 per
delegate per day)
• 4 day course - £1,750.00 - (£437.50 per
delegate per day)
• 5 day course - £2,050.00 - (£410.00 per
delegate per day)
4. Prices - on-site courses. All on-site prices are negotiated
on a case by case basis.

Development
fees
VALE Training Consultants reserves the right to levy a development
fee when the customisation of a course results in the courseware
having to be rewritten, either in part or wholly. This fee
will be negotiated on a case by case basis and will be agreed
and confirmed before any work is started.
Joining
Instructions
Joining instructions for all public courses will be sent
by e:mail 5 days prior to the course commencement date.
